I am a nerd, an engineer, and a builder. I help build Successful Products and Teams.

As a kid, I was always curious about how things worked and with building stuff, often destroying what I took apart. My curiosity about technical gadgets propelled me to start an electronics manufacturing and design business, which I later sold at the ripe age of 24.

My journey continued as I morphed into the world of business and product development fueled by the wizardry of software. I have been hooked on software ever since.

Technology has always provided me with an outlet for my creative energy. Inventing new products and services or improving existing ones is exciting to me. I enjoy the continuous learning that comes with it.

Leveraging new technology is about creating a future that does not exist, but making that future happen within a business context involves planning and leadership. Delivering positive business results comes from ensuring that teams understand the vision, roadmap, and how their efforts contribute to those results.

What was not as apparent when I started was how much I enjoyed collaborating with others and building successful engineering and product development teams. I have always felt that I worked for the team. My job is to help them succeed.

I have been a founder at three startups and an executive at a public company with a team of > 1000 and everything in between. I have a wide range of expertise in software, hardware, and IT technologies, and my portfolio reflects this.
